The face behind "La Tribu"

What I can tell you about me?

1. I am Jeaseny, a young leader and entrepreneur who does not give up in the face of adversity.

2. I live with Type 1 Diabetes and Sjögrens, which are autoimmune conditions, but I still move forward with a lot of strength to live even though my system likes to attack me.

3. I am a mother of 1 son in heaven and 2 children on earth who make me have a chaotically beautiful life as a mother.
