Thank you for your order and for your support. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the items ordered, you must contact us via email within five (5) days of receipt of your package to request a return or credit. The shipping cost for returning products will be covered by the customer.

Tote bags, mini totes and soy candles are products made using the print-on-demand technique. After the products are in the "production" stage, a cancellation of your order will NOT be possible. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
